Your Task ##

• Collaboration on the design of Modern Workplace Services based on the latest Microsoft technologies, such as Microsoft Security, Compliance, Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure Services, AVD, Windows 365 and Windows 10 & Windows 11
• Support in the successful implementation of customer projects on the way to the Modern Workplace in the cloud, including the implementation of Microsoft security solutions
• Collaboration in the implementation and further development of workplace infrastructures at customers
• Support with operational problems, as well as application support of the systems at customers
• Ensuring operation according to the maintenance contracts of the customers
• Support of customers during rollout, transition and introduction of new systems into operation
• Creation of software packages (Intune)
• Support of the support team

Your Profile ##

• You have a sound IT education (EFZ) and experience with the orientation system technology/network/security (Office 365, Azure etc.)
• You have experience in the planning and implementation of demanding projects
• You convince us with your practical experience in the administration of Windows client and server platforms
• High enthusiasm for customer- and service-oriented work as well as good communication skills
• High quality awareness and structured, independent way of working
• Very good language skills in German, good language skills in English
• Ready to explore new ways in the workplace environment
• Microsoft certifications are an advantage
