Our client is looking for a dedicated professional for the finance department to take responsibility for the ongoing accounting, the preparation of financial statements, as well as financial reporting. Your Task ##

• Management of the financial accounting including the recording of all business transactions as well as the reconciliation of accounts and subsidiary ledgers
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR as well as support during revisions and audits
• Processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoice verification, payment transactions, as well as dunning and collection management
• Processing of value-added tax (MWST) including the preparation and submission of MWST returns as well as ensuring tax compliance
• Participation in budgeting, forecasts, and financial reporting as well as the creation of evaluations and analyses for the management

Your Profile ##

• Completed commercial basic training with further training in finance and accounting (e.g., Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen or Fachausweis Finanz- und Rechnungswesen)
• Sound knowledge of Swiss accounting standards (OR) as well as good knowledge in the area of MWST
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, especially in the areas of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting
• Sound language skills in German and good in English in W/S
• Proficient use of ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel (e.g., SAP, Abacus, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage or Navision)
