Job Description ##

• You tap into new business opportunities and inspire potential customers for innovative real estate and construction projects.
• You recognize market opportunities early and identify promising plots of land as well as development objects.
• Through the targeted expansion of your network, you create valuable relationships with investors, owners, and decision-makers.
• As a brand ambassador, you represent the company at specialist events and actively maintain contacts within the industry.
• You competently accompany customers through the entire sales and development process until successful completion.

• Sales-strong and winning personality with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as a pronounced sense for customer needs
• Confident appearance, convincing communication skills, and negotiation skills paired with a high service orientation
• Independent, committed, and flexible way of working as well as enjoyment of working in a dynamic team
• Demonstrable experience in the acquisition and development of real estate, construction, or land projects on the Swiss market
• Education or sound practical experience in the fields of real estate, architecture, civil engineering, real estate development, or construction economics
