Your Task ##

• You process offers and orders (in writing and by telephone)
• Timely processing of order confirmations, monitoring of delivery dates, goods returns, and invoice corrections
• Promote additional sales and retain customers through optimal advice, as well as general customer care (D/F/E)
• You actively support your colleagues in the field and are simultaneously the interface to the different departments
• You act as a contact person for customers and partners (interface)

Your Profile ##

• Commercial or technical basic training with further training in the commercial field
• Professional experience in internal sales/customer service
• Very good language skills in German and French, English skills are an additional big plus
• Very good IT skills SAP and MS Office
• Professional handling of customers
