What you bring:

• University degree in law as well as lawyer's license is an advantage
• Extensive practical experience in the field of civil procedural law and in litigation in court
• Experience in contract law and possibly in labor law
• Several years of experience in a law firm or at court
• Analytical and networked thinking as well as negotiation skills and strength of implementation

Your working environment

At the Amt für Wirtschaft und Arbeit we enforce federal laws such as the Arbeitslosenversicherungsgesetz (AVIG), the Arbeitsvermittlungsgesetz (AVG) and the Arbeitsrecht (ArG). The main tasks consist of supervision of industry and trade regarding occupational safety and health protection, in advising and mediating job seekers and in paying unemployment benefits to entitled persons.
