To strengthen the export team, our client is looking for an Export Clerk (m/f). The company is an owner-managed Swiss company that has been continuously developing for over 100 years. Your Task ##

• Responsible for the processing and handling of international spare parts orders
• Responsible for transport organization and handling for imports and exports via truck, air and sea freight
• Creation of forwarding orders as well as the necessary export documents
• Processing of letters of credit and obtaining certifications
• Co-responsible for price negotiations with transport companies

Your Profile ##

• Commercial basic training with further training as a foreign trade specialist
• Several years of professional experience in export
• Proficient use of MS Office, SAP experience desirable
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Networked, analytical way of thinking as well as customer- and process-oriented way of working
