Consultant Healthcare, focus on Business Administration (Junior / Mid Level)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and curious personality as Consultant Healthcare (Junior / Mid Level), focus on Business Administration (70 to 100%)

Your tasks - versatile, demanding and impactful

• You support our customers in hospitals, clinics and long-term care institutions in the analysis and assessment of business administration issues
• Within the framework of mandates, you prepare cost accounting or review existing cost accounting according to the specifications of REKOLE® for hospitals, ARTISET for care homes or the Spitex financial manual.
• You create analyses and evaluations for our customers, also using our benchmarking platform HEBES or publicly available comparative data
• You participate in consulting projects in different roles, for example in data preparation, reporting or the evaluation of surveys.
• You maintain existing customer relationships and gradually build up new, long-term partnerships.

Your profile -- inquisitive, willing to learn and strong in implementation

• Ideally, you have initial professional experience in healthcare with a connection to finance and controlling.
• You are familiar with the methodology of cost accounting and the cost center accounting sheet from theory and practice.
• You have very good Excel skills and can condense complex results into meaningful presentations tailored to the target audience.
• You have a tertiary-level degree with a focus on business administration or a comparable qualification from practice and further training.
• You work independently and in a structured manner and communicate with customers as well as employees clearly, reliably and purposefully.
• Above all: You enjoy working with people, think entrepreneurially and meet new challenges with curiosity and energy.
