In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for: System / Infrastructure Technician (f/m/d) Start date: immediately or by agreement In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated, autonomous and service-oriented System / Infrastructure Technician. You will evolve in an environment ranging from workstations to server infrastructures and Private Cloud. We operate several datacenters and support our clients in the operation and evolution of their infrastructures, relying on modern technologies and solutions from recognized manufacturers. Your responsibilities Ensure 1st and 2nd level IT support and resolve incidents Install, operate, administer and maintain workstations, servers and IT environments Administer and evolve Microsoft environments, notably Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange and Remote Desktop Services (RDS) Administer L2/L3 network infrastructures and VoIP solutions Contribute to infrastructure, migration and system evolution projects Maintain and improve existing solutions as well as technical documentation Support and train users Your profile CFC in IT or training/background deemed equivalent Solid experience in the administration of Microsoft environments, clients and servers Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365, L2/L3 networks and VoIP Strong interest in infrastructures, datacenter environments and Private Cloud solutions Very good analytical skills, rigor and attention to detail Autonomous, flexible, service-oriented and enjoying teamwork Native French or German speaker with a good knowledge of the second language We offer An open-ended contract (CDI) with workplace in Sierre The possibility to perform part of the activity via teleworking 5 weeks of vacation An attractive remuneration Advantageous occupational pension scheme as well as loss of earnings insurance up to 720 days A guaranteed annual budget for continuous training Professional evolution possibilities A varied activity in contact with modern technologies, datacenter infrastructures and solutions from recognized manufacturers A motivated, benevolent and competent team Interested?
