Architect ETH/FH as Project Manager in Project Development

For the area of Project Development, we are looking for a new team member immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• You view construction for the City of Zürich as an opportunity to promote and sustainably develop public building culture.
• You develop viable and promising foundations for future construction tasks through strategic planning and feasibility studies.
• You organize fair and transparent designer selection and competition procedures to find the best possible projects and partners.
• You are responsible for the client-side project management of smaller public construction tasks in the planning and execution phases.

Profile

• Experience and competence in the field of project development
• Sound architectural judgment and competence in finding constructive solutions for complex issues
• High service orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
• Goal-oriented and independent way of working, experience with BIM an advantage
• Persuasiveness, initiative, teamwork and strong communication skills
