As part of the development of its activities, the Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company in the field of human resources management and pension funds. To strengthen our sales department based in Paudex (VD), we are looking for a Sales Advisor for our Training offer (m/f). Missions * Contribute to the acquisition of new clients for our higher and continuing education training offer * Contact prospects (telephone, email) in order to promote and sell our training * Advise clients on all training courses in your portfolio and accompany them in their choice * Plan and lead information sessions (approximately 3 per month), which take place mainly remotely * Contribute to the promotion and sale of training during information sessions * Play the role of an ambassador by developing and maintaining a qualified network * Ensure the processing of incoming requests via different channels, in coordination with other sales advisors * Ensure commercial follow-up and the updating of client information in the CRM Your profile * CFC as a commercial employee or a title deemed equivalent * Minimum 3 years of successful experience in sales within a company * Understanding of the training field in Switzerland * Comfortable with standard IT tools and professional networks (e.g.: LinkedIn) * Proven experience with one or more CRMs * Be available to lead information sessions remotely, optionally at lunchtime (12:15-13:00) or in the evening (18:00-18:45) * Have a commercial flair and be naturally endowed with interpersonal skills * Organized, rigorous and autonomous, you know how to manage your priorities on a daily basis * You enjoy teamwork and contribute to a collaborative environment We offer * An exceptional working environment * Infrastructure available to employees (company restaurant, parking, changing rooms, etc.) * Flexible hours and teleworking * All this in a motivating and varied professional environment For any additional information, please contact Mr. Vivien Rosiak at .
