What you achieve with us

• You are responsible for recording customer and reseller orders and processing complaints.
• The maintenance and updating of customer and material master data in SAP is in your hands.
• The post-processing of service technician assignments as well as the creation of invoicing and credit notes you perform conscientiously.
• The management of stock levels (incl. products with minimum shelf life) and the processing of export orders (within CH-EU) are also part of your area of responsibility.
• Proactive support of the technical customer service and the sales team gives you great joy.
• You recognize the importance of continuous optimization of processes in the area of sales inside sales and purchasing.

How you inspire us

• Commercial training or retail specialist with further training in commercial school
• Professional experience in operational purchasing is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• German language skills at native level, good French skills orally as well as in writing
• High customer orientation and communication skills
• You think in networks and enjoy working in a team
