Your Task ##

• Processing technical inquiries in the field of hosting and infrastructure
• Analysis and rectification of disruptions related to web, mail, and hosting services
• Support with DNS, FTP, domain, and e-mail configurations
• Escalation of more complex cases to specialized specialist departments
• Management and maintenance of hosting and customer environments
• Collaboration in the optimization of internal support processes

Your Profile ##

• Completed training as Informatiker EFZ or comparable qualification
• Experience in IT support or in system administration
• Good knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS
• Interest in hosting, network, and cloud technologies
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German skills as well as French skills or willingness to expand them
