Creativity and organizational talent meet digitalization and process management: The position combines mediamatics, communication, and HR systems. In addition to the external image for the Canton of Bern as an employer, it supports internal processes and support solutions for our employees.

The Personnel Office of the Canton of Bern is the competence center for human resources work. In our Systems & Support area, digital solutions, mediamatics, and various services are in demand. We are looking for a flexible personality with creativity, technical understanding, and enjoyment of versatile tasks.

Your tasks

• Produce videos, photos, and other digital content for various communication channels
• Develop communication tools as well as manage intranet, internet, and CMS
• Plan, implement, and accompany mediamatics projects
• Support HR tools in 2nd-level support as well as create training and aids
• Accompany system tests, record requirements, and help shape solutions for specialist support
• Model processes according to BPMN
• Assistance with various internal services

Your profile

• Degree as Mediamatiker/-in EFZ or comparable training
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and experience with CMS
• Affinity for IT systems and willingness to learn HR tools
• Professional experience in mediamatics or communication; support experience is an advantage
• Independent, careful, and reliable way of working as well as enjoyment of creative solutions
