The Fondation Transport Handicap Vaud is a non-profit organization, recognized as being in the public interest, which offers mobility to people with disabilities.
The "Planning" department, composed of 4 employees, organizes and plans the transport for beneficiaries. In order to complete this team, we are looking for immediately:
One transport planner
at 100%.
Your mission:
Plan transport taking into account the available resources (drivers and vehicles), specific client pickup protocols, and the company regulations on working time.
Manage changes in planning, notably in case of transport cancellation, delay, road traffic problems, or any other unforeseen event.
Provide support to drivers and inform them in case of questions.
Answer telephone calls from our institutional partners regarding questions related to transport.
Manage the administrative tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the department.
Your profile:
You have a few years of experience in transport planning, ideally in the social or medical field.
You are proficient with the Office 365 IT tool and knowledge of Medlink would be an asset.
You have a good knowledge of the geography of Suisse romande and particularly the Grand Lausanne.
You like working under a certain sense of urgency and thus utilizing your resistance to stress.
You have the ability to analyze a situation and quickly find relevant solutions.
Your benevolence, your listening skills, and your customer orientation allow you to manage driver requests and facilitate the smooth running of transport.
Thanks to your team spirit, you support your colleagues and collaborate easily between services.
