Your Task ##

• Booking of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in several companies
• Execution of weekly payment runs and master data maintenance
• Creation and sending of reminders as well as accounts receivable reporting
• Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual closing work
• Control and booking of credit card statements and bank documents

Your Profile ##

• Commercial basic training as well as completed further training as an accounting clerk
• Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable management is expected
• Confident handling of MS Office applications is required
• Strong teamwork skills and service orientation are important
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous
