CYBEEM/TIC Portfolio Manager

What you can contribute

• Jointly develop the portfolio in the areas of cyberspace and the electromagnetic space (CYBEEM) and information and communication technologies (TIC) within the Cyber command
• Within the framework of Lean Portfoliomanagement (LPM), lead the assigned partial CYBEEM/TIC portfolio according to SAFe, perform analyses and planning variants related to the strategy and development of the Cyber command, and make decisions within the corresponding committees.
• Support the management team and groups in the implementation of SAFe and LPM
• Successfully plan, manage, and implement the tasks assigned within the framework of portfolio management

What makes you unique

• University or higher technical college degree (specialized) (master's in business administration, management information systems, or equivalent specialization) and several years of experience in a specialist or management function
• Practical knowledge of agile methods and targeted use of collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence; resource management in the areas of finance, personnel, and risks; implementation of SPC and/or LPM certifications in daily work and development of your knowledge
• Depending on the context, alternation between strategic thinking and operational action, targeted combination of both perspectives while acting responsibly, flexibly, and analytically
• Good active knowledge of at least a second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language
