Personnel Consultant with existing client base – Basel

SWAG Swiss Work AG is an established Swiss personnel services company with several locations. We continue to grow and are looking for an experienced, sales-strong personality for Basel, who is already among the highest-revenue consultants in the region and wants to take the next financial step.

Tasks

• Support and expansion of the existing client portfolio in temporary and permanent placement business
• Active use of the network to acquire new mandates and candidates
• Independent accompaniment of the entire recruitment process: from the job posting through interviews to contract negotiation
• Co-shaping the Basel location as part of a growing corporate group

Profile

• Several years of experience in recruitment and/or personnel leasing – with demonstrable results
• Existing, active client and candidate network in the Basel region
• Independent, structured way of working with a clear focus on results
• Business fluent, strong communication skills, reliable
• Very good German skills; other languages are an advantage
