An established trading company in the field of machine sales is looking for reinforcement for its operational team. The company sells high-quality machines through a proven specialist dealer network. A committed personality with technical and commercial understanding is sought, who will independently take over order processing, inventory management, and customer care.

Your Task ##

• Support of specialist dealer partners and competent technical advice
• Responsibility for warehouse management and disposition of machines
• Processing of complaints as well as handling of warranty matters
• Calculation of products and creation of price lists
• Interface function between manufacturers and the commercial team

Your Profile ##

• Technical basic training as well as commercial further training are required
• Excellent communication skills and high service orientation are presupposed

• Sound technical understanding as well as good PC skills necessary
