What you can achieve with us

• You actively support the Contract Management division management with administrative, organizational, and technical tasks.
• You support the planning, coordination, preparation, and follow-up of business matters and meetings.
• You are regularly in exchange with the other areas of the department and help to ensure smooth cooperation across the departments.
• You participate in the maintenance and further development of processes and the process map.
• You help to optimize administrative and organizational processes.

Which skills are important to us

• You have a degree of a Federal Certificate of Proficiency (EFZ) in the commercial or relevant field for the function.
• You bring several years of professional experience from similar functions. Ideally, you have already had interfaces with the invalidity insurance.
• We are looking for a person with very good knowledge of IT customer databases. Ideally, you know the OSIV database.
• We are looking for a person with good analytical skills, an exact and reliable way of working.
• You are strong in networked thinking and you like regular contact with various stakeholders.
• We are a bilingual (German-French) company, therefore at least a good understanding of the French language is desired.

Working hours:
Annual working time (42 hours / week), possibility to work part-time as well as mobile, paid breaks

Vacation:
At least 25 days of vacation annually, from the age of 45, 28 days and from the age of 55, 33 days. Possibility of unpaid leave

Salary:
Cantonal salary system, gender-neutral and transparent salary policy. Full salary during parental leave, military, civil protection as well as civil service
