Bern, Schweiz (and home office) | 80-100% This is your contribution * Further develop the digital surveillance systems for communicable diseases through conception, modeling, and integration of health data * Design, implement, and optimize digital reporting and data exchange processes between health actors and the national surveillance and control systems * Analyze health information systems (LIS, KIS, PIS) as well as model and parameterize data flows, interfaces, and exchange formats * Apply and further develop interoperability standards (HL7 FHIR, SNOMED CT, LOINC) and translate technical requirements into technical solutions What makes you unique * University degree in health informatics, medical informatics, bioengineering, or a comparable field * Experience with health information systems (LIS, KIS, PIS), data exchange, or digitalization projects in the healthcare sector * Knowledge of interoperability standards and data exchange formats (HL7 FHIR, SNOMED CT, LOINC) as well as the ability to transfer technical requirements into technical solutions * Active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third official language In short You make a direct contribution to the modernization of the surveillance of communicable diseases in Switzerland.
