Your Task ##

• Competent support and advice for customer inquiries via telephone and email as a central contact person (D/F)
• Creation, calculation, and follow-up of offers until successful completion
• Independent recording, checking, and processing of customer orders in the ERP system
• Professional processing of complaints in close cooperation with the after-sales team for sustainable customer solutions
• Careful maintenance and updating of customer master data in the CRM/ERP system to ensure high data quality

Your Profile ##

• Completed commercial basic training
• Several years of experience in customer service or a comparable activity required
• Very good German and French skills as well as solid English skills in speaking and writing
• Strong communication skills and team orientation in daily customer dialogue
• Understanding of order processing, offer coordination, and project support
