From the concern to the application: You connect specialist departments and IT and, as ICT project management with business analysis skills, drive the digitalization of our processes forward. With your commitment, you make a valuable contribution as a business partner to the digitalization of our processes and shape a modern digital working environment for around 900 employees of the Bau- und Verkehrsdirektion (BVD).

Your tasks

• Collecting specialist needs and translating business requirements into ICT requirements with the specialist departments
• Analyzing the overall contexts of business processes in the area of the specialist departments
• Identifying weaknesses and potential for improvement as well as developing solution proposals and decision-making bases
• Leading and moderating workshops
• Planning, leading, and coordinating projects (Hermes)
• Creating, updating, and maintaining the documentation required for operations
• Close cooperation with architecture and service management

Your profile

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable training (FH or UNI)
• Further education/experience in the areas of project management (Hermes), Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis
• Solution-, implementation-, and service-oriented way of working
• Agile methods, digital transformation, and continuous improvement processes are not foreign terms to you
• Joy in collaborating with people and communicate clearly, proficiently, and convincingly

Generalsekretariat (GS)

The GS coordinates political matters, manages cross-cutting projects, and supports the departments of the BVD with the central resource departments in fulfilling their tasks. The Digital Management department plans, shapes, manages, and develops the directorate-specific ICT solutions with its around 250 specialist applications and supports the specialist departments in the digitalization of their business processes.
