YOUR TASKS:
You win exclusive mandates from existing and potential customers.
You process pre-qualified leads with already clarified potential demand.
You advise companies on demanding recruitment needs in the area of permanent placement.
You identify, interview and accompany candidates until successful placement.
You guide customers and candidates professionally and reliably through the entire placement process.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Completed school or vocational qualification.
Residence in Switzerland (for social security and tax law purposes).
Understanding Swiss German is a prerequisite.
Good reputation.
Strong communication skills, initiative, flexibility and reliability.
Enjoyment of sales, consulting, recruiting and personal development.
Experience in personnel consulting, personnel leasing, recruiting, sales or account management is an advantage.
