Your Task ##

• Administration and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end devices
• Provision of technical support for employees on-site and remote
• Monitoring system performance, detection and rectification of malfunctions
• Collaboration on IT projects
• Implementation and maintenance of security policies and measures to protect the IT systems
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, manuals and IT policies

Your Profile ##

• Completed vocational training as a computer scientist, ICT specialist or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience after training is an advantage
• Sound knowledge in the administration of Windows and Linux servers, networks (LAN/WAN), and common IT security standards
• Strong problem-solving skills, high sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Good German and English skills in spoken and written form
