Do you want to leverage your HR expertise in a versatile role and do you appreciate pragmatic solutions? In this role, you will competently support managers and employees on a daily basis!

Our client is an established industrial company with several sites in Switzerland. The company cultivates an anchored and family-like culture with short decision-making paths. You will work in close collaboration with managers and assume responsibility for a defined area of responsibility as an HR Partner / HR Partner 90-100%. This is a temporary maternity leave replacement position with immediate start or by agreement. The period of engagement is planned for approximately seven months.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• You independently advise and support managers as well as employees in all personnel-related matters
• You are responsible for the entire recruitment process, from publishing the job advertisement to conducting interviews
• You support employees and managers in performance and talent processes as well as in the preparation of annual reviews
• You confidently conduct dismissal, conflict, and complex interviews and advise on labor law issues
• For your area of responsibility, you work in close collaboration with payroll, HR administration, and other internal departments

You offer your new employer:

• Completed training with a specialization in HR or a comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in advising managers as well as in complex interviews
• Very good knowledge of German and English for professional communication with different groups of interlocutors
• A pragmatic, patient, and grounded personality who enjoys committing themselves and maintains an overview even in a dynamic environment
• Ideally, you have knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Teams, but your willingness to quickly learn existing systems is more important
