Fiera is an independent consulting firm focusing on Debt Advisory. We accompany real estate investors, entrepreneurs, and SMEs in the structuring and implementation of financing – from analysis and the preparation of the credit story and approaching suitable financing partners to successful implementation.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality who dives deep into our projects and, depending on their previous experience, takes on responsibility gradually or right from the start.
Your tasks
Participation in and (depending on experience) independent management of client projects in the areas of real estate, SMEs, business succession, growth, and refinancing
Analysis of annual financial statements, cash flows, business models, business plans, and existing capital structures
Development and assessment of individual financing structures including classic bank financing as well as alternative financing solutions
Preparation of financing dossiers, information memorandums, models, decision templates, and presentations
Direct contact with entrepreneurs, CFOs, real estate investors, as well as banks and alternative financing partners
Maintenance and further development of existing client and financing partner relationships as well as enjoyment of personal exchange and participation in external events
Participation in the further development of our internal processes and consulting services, with corresponding experience also providing professional support to junior team members
Your skillset
Several years of professional experience in banking, corporate banking, corporate finance, debt advisory, real estate, fiduciary, finance department, or a comparable environment
Completed banking or fiduciary training with professional experience and/or further training or studies at a university, technical college in finance, banking, economics, real estate, or a related field
Enjoyment of direct client contact as well as the willingness to take on responsibility gradually in financing projects
Strong quantitative skills and an eye for detail. Even with a flood of information or larger models, you always maintain an overview
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a high sense of quality and responsibility
Flawless German skills in speaking and writing (Swiss German is an advantage)
