Your tasks

• You are responsible for and manage the recruitment process for industrial personnel from needs analysis to contract signing
• You conduct interviews independently and accompany the selection process until the final decision
• You work closely with the managers and the HR team
• You promote a positive candidate experience during the entire recruitment process
• You support projects, process improvements, and employer branding initiatives

Your talent

• Successfully completed commercial training or studies
• 3-5 years of professional experience in the recruitment of industrial personnel (production, warehouse, plant engineering, assembly, mechanics, electrics, quality control, etc.)
• Proficient use of MS Office, CRM/ERP systems, as well as social media
• Stylish communication in German, English/French skills are an advantage
• Enjoyment in dealing with people, empathy, and a confident appearance
• Trustworthiness, initiative, and communication skills
