HVAC Project Manager

For one of our clients, a renowned and growing engineering office, specialized in building technology and active throughout all of French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for their future talent in Geneva for the position of:

HVAC Project Manager (M/F)

Your responsibilities:

• Lead HVAC projects from A to Z, from preliminary studies to the commissioning of installations, ensuring the technical, financial, and organizational management of mandates
• Be the primary interlocutor for clients and accompany them in their technical choices throughout the different SIA phases of the project
• Coordinate all stakeholders (architects, mandatories, companies, and authorities) to guarantee the smooth running of projects
• Supervise designers and validate studies, plans, and technical diagrams
• Ensure site supervision until the final acceptance of the works
• Contribute to the commercial development and the influence of the company in French-speaking Switzerland

Your profile:

• HES Engineer degree in building technology or CFC as a heating and/or ventilation designer, completed by solid experience in the HVAC field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC project management in Switzerland, with excellent knowledge of the standards, practices, and players in the sector
• Very good mastery of Plancal Nova, AutoCAD as well as the Microsoft Office suite tools
• Entrepreneurial spirit, technical curiosity and a marked interest in innovative solutions in building technology.
• Committed, rigorous and pragmatic personality, recognized for listening skills, reliability and interpersonal ease
