YOUR TASKS

• Clarification, control, and follow-up processing of patient and case data and the responsible guarantors
• Obtaining and monitoring guarantees of payment
• Creating cost estimates
• Providing and obtaining information and ensuring timely information to patients, guarantors, clinics, and doctors
• Various administrative tasks (written and telephone)

YOUR PROFILE

• Commercial training as well as good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system
• Ability to work in a team, social competence, and sense of responsibility
• High customer orientation and enjoyment of telephone customer contact
• High resilience and assertiveness
• Confident German in speaking and writing, French and English are an advantage
