Enthusing customers, coordinating orders, taking off internationally, exactly your thing?

As a Sales Administrator Export, you will look after our international customers and sales partners and ensure that everything runs smoothly from inquiry to invoicing. As a central hub, you will coordinate cooperation with our internal departments and maintain an overview even with demanding customer projects.

Your future activities

• You look after our international customers and sales partners in a competent and service-oriented manner and are a central contact person for commercial and order-related concerns
• You independently create offers, process customer inquiries, and support our Area Sales Managers in inquiry, offer, and project processing
• You are responsible for time- and cost-optimized order processing from order entry through schedule monitoring to invoicing
• You take on an important hub function and coordinate cooperation between sales, production control, logistics, purchasing, and other internal and external bodies
• You accompany customer projects, carry out calculations and pricing, especially for special products, and ensure qualitatively flawless documentation and processing
• You actively participate in the optimization and further development of our operational sales and export processes

Your profile

• You have a commercial or comparable education and bring good technical understanding as well as enjoyment of technically demanding products
• You bring experience in international trade, particularly in dealing with Incoterms, as well as knowledge in export and customs clearance
• At the same time, you know the requirements of international customer markets and move confidently in an intercultural business environment
• You communicate stylistically confident in German and English, both written and oral. Further foreign language skills, especially French or Italian, are a plus
• You have very good MS Office and ERP knowledge (advantageously Dynamics 365 Business Central) and quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and processes
• Ideally, you bring knowledge from the district heating industry as well as experience in international trade, particularly in dealing with Incoterms
• You are characterized by an independent, structured, and reliable way of working as well as a strong customer and service orientation and maintain an overview even with several parallel orders and projects
