What you accomplish ###

• You analyze sales, market trends, and customer expectations in order to identify new opportunities. You transform figures into concrete actions to develop the assortment.
• You build an attractive offer in collaboration with internal and external partners. You select products, adjust ranges, and propose improvements that strengthen performance.
• You coordinate the launch of novelties from A to Z. You plan the steps, monitor results, and quickly adapt actions to achieve the set objectives.
• You negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best conditions. You develop solid relationships and contribute to guaranteeing the quality as well as the availability of products.
• You manage supplies with the relevant teams. You anticipate needs, secure goods flows, and ensure that products are present at the right time.
• You collaborate with subsidiaries, merchandisers, and Romand cooperatives. You share key information and advance projects through clear and effective communication.

What you bring ###

• Bildung: Completed studies (Uni/EFP, HES, ES)
• Specialization: in the field of management, marketing, or related technical field.
• Professional experience: 5 years of experience: in product management preferably in the retail sector and flower and plant products.
• You make figures speak and quickly identify opportunities. You make data-driven decisions and always keep the commercial impact of your recommendations in mind.
• You like taking initiative and moving files forward. Faced with a new situation, you propose pragmatic solutions and transform challenges into opportunities.
• You work easily with various interlocutors. You know how to convince, negotiate, and create bonds of trust that allow for achieving common results.
• French (B2)
