Within our Retirement business area, our employees support and advise companies in the design, organization, and financing of occupational benefits, as well as pension institutions in their actuarial needs, with a 360° approach to pension provision. Legal, regulatory, and risk management aspects also constitute key areas of our expertise.
To strengthen our team in Lausanne (or in Geneva or Zurich), we are looking for, immediately or at a date to be agreed, a:

What will your responsibilities be?
With the support of our management team in Switzerland, you will work alongside other experienced consultants to contribute to the development of our business and the support of our clientele. You will assume responsibility for the overall monitoring and advice provided to pension funds. Your tasks will include notably:
Advising pension funds and companies on financing methods, technical bases, and all relevant actuarial questions
Performing expert work in matters of occupational benefits, notably within the framework of annual closings and technical expertise
Reviewing pension fund regulations, in close collaboration with our legal specialists
Leading actuarial analyses, benchmarking, and Asset-Liability Management (ALM) studies, in collaboration with our investment consultants
Accompanying and supporting other employees in a spirit of exchange and mentoring, in order to contribute to the growth and development of the team
Directly supporting management in the management of internal projects at the national level and, depending on the profile and needs, assuming certain leadership responsibilities
Collaborating closely with our various specialists to pursue the development of our service offering intended for pension funds
Performing actuarial evaluations according to national and international standards, notably IAS 19 and ASC 715, depending on the profile and needs
Supporting other activities of our company within the framework of the global advice provided to their clients

What profile are we looking for?
Completed or ongoing training as a certified expert in occupational benefits
Entrepreneurial spirit, ease in client relations, sense of responsibility, and strong capacity for initiative
Curiosity, flexibility, and pragmatism in seeking solutions adapted to the needs of our clients
Very good knowledge of French and English; good knowledge of German is an asset
Interest in the design and development of innovative solutions
High demand in terms of quality, strong team spirit, and great reliability
Will to continue developing new skills
Open, proactive, responsible, structured, and analytical personality
Very good mastery of MS Office, in particular Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Empathic, stress-resistant, and committed personality
