Your Task ##

• Independent organization and worldwide coordination of export orders via all modes of transport (air, sea, road, and rail)
• Preparation and verification of international export documents such as certificates of origin, EUR.1, commercial invoices, delivery notes, packing lists, and export accompanying documents
• Independent processing of letters of credit, including careful document creation and close coordination with banks
• Active communication with international customers, authorities, and partners. You will specifically apply your language skills in German and English to find solutions and maintain relationships
• Ensuring compliance with international customs and export regulations

Your Profile ##

• Commercial training as well as completed further training in export/foreign trade
• Several years of professional experience in export business
• Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing, other languages an advantage
• Organizational skills, structured way of working, and a communicative personality
