Social Worker Child Protection

Your tasks ###

• Strengthening families: You advise children, adolescents and parents and accompany them empathetically through challenging life situations.
• Child protection investigations: You carry out well-founded investigations on behalf of the KESB and develop consensual solutions for the well-being of the child.
• Guardianship: You support children directly and accompany parents in the implementation of visitation rights as well as their parenting tasks.
• Regulating maintenance: You calculate maintenance contributions and help parents in the creation of agreements.
• Networking & Contributing: You work closely with schools, authorities, the KESB and other specialist agencies and actively contribute to the further development of our professional practice.

What distinguishes you ###

• A completed degree in Social Work (FH/HF) as well as sound professional experience in working with families, ideally in child protection.
• Stability in crises, paired with empathy, humor and a high capacity for reflection.
• Joy in independent work and continuous professional development.
• Proficient German as well as oral French skills at level B1.
