Your task ##

• Processing and administration of customer orders from both domestic and foreign sources
• Coordination and planning of transports at national and international levels (road, air and sea)
• Preparation of the required documents and documentation for shipping
• Conducting negotiations with freight forwarding companies regarding transport conditions and costs
• Obtaining permits as well as the procurement of certificates of origin to ensure customs clearance

Your profile ##

• Commercial training with further training as a Foreign Trade Specialist (m/f)
• Several years of experience in export
• Good SAP and MS Office skills
• Business fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Enthusiasm, resilience and determination
