What you can accomplish

• You advance the development of Microsoft 365 Copilot and are responsible for our Copilot agents.
• By developing the Microsoft Power Platform, you create the foundation for reliable operation.
• In collaboration with information security and data protection, you anchor governance for the Power Platform and Copilot agents.
• You implement automations and integrations that make our processes significantly more efficient.
• You drive evolutions jointly with internal and external stakeholders.

What characterizes you

• a completed degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification
• several years of experience with Microsoft 365 as well as in-depth knowledge of the Power Platform
• practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and agents (e.g., Copilot Studio) or the willingness to train quickly
• a structured and autonomous way of working
• a sense of security and data protection as well as a communicative and advisory-oriented approach
