For a client, we are looking for an internal sales employee for telephone B2B sales to small and medium-sized enterprises. We are looking for a committed personality with sales experience, strong communication skills and language skills in German and French.

Your Task ##

• Responsible for the active B2B sales of our solutions
• Consistent follow-up of sales opportunities until successful completion
• Processing and checking of inquiries
• Acquisition and consulting of customers
• Maintenance of customer relationships and CRM data in close interface coordination

Your Profile ##

• Successfully completed commercial basic training or comparable qualification required
• Experience in telephone B2B sales is desirable
• Business fluent German and French skills are required
• Sound knowledge in handling CRM systems as well as with the applications of the MS Office Suite
• Strong customer orientation and structured, goal-oriented way of working
