Your tasks:

• You ensure security of supply and the optimization of P&L results in the Paper business area through effective procurement strategies along the S2C process
• You systematically identify savings potential and implement it consistently according to the TCO approach, especially in the area of repairs and maintenance as well as spare parts
• You monitor relevant procurement markets, specifically develop the supplier portfolio and actively manage cooperation with strategic partners
• You conduct demanding contract negotiations and successfully conclude framework and individual contracts
• You support group-wide bundling and standardization projects and utilize synergies across locations
• You contribute your methodology and process competence to cross-functional and international project teams

Your profile:

• Convincing and solution-oriented personality with strong negotiation skills, assertiveness and clear communication as well as experience in change management
• Adequate education (Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Procurement or similar) and several years of practical experience in the strategic procurement of an industrial company, ideally in the paper industry
• Sound knowledge of contract law, project management and sustainability topics
• Technical understanding of industrial components, materials and manufacturing processes
• Proficient in MS-365, SAP-MM and enthusiastic about digital tools and AI solutions
• Business fluent German and English skills
