Your tasks Your focus is on heating and service charge statements: You create, check, and send the statements and represent the interests of Warteck Invest towards tenant parties and authorities. You work together with external partners, property management, and financial accounting, check accounts payable invoices, and take over their digital entry and forwarding on a substitute basis. Additionally, you take over selected tasks within the team as a deputy during absences. What you bring You enjoy working precisely, think ahead, and appreciate a role in which numbers are as important as good cooperation. You convince us with: * A completed commercial basic training * Several years of professional experience in real estate accounting * Good knowledge of financial accounting and experience in heating and service charge statements * Knowledge of Abacus and experience with AbaImmo is an advantage * An exact, independent way of working and a high degree of personal responsibility * Team spirit, willingness to learn, and enjoyment of modern, digital work processes The offer for you A responsible part-time position awaits you at the interface of property management and financial accounting.
