For a renowned, internationally active technology leader, we are looking for reinforcement for the procurement team on an exclusive mandate. If you want to take on responsibility, raise existing processes to a new level, and act as a central hub between production, planning, and suppliers, then you are exactly right here.

Your Mission

• You manage the entire procure-to-pay process independently and ensure that raw materials and components are exactly where they are needed.
• With agile order management (pull-in/push-out), you react dynamically to production requirements and keep material availability at a maximum.
• You optimize modern inventory systems such as Kanban, VMI, as well as consignment warehouses and maintain framework agreements proactively.
• As an interface to R&D, logistics, and manufacturing, you manage technical changes (ECR) and drive continuous improvement processes (CIP).
• You negotiate offers in coordination with strategic procurement, keep invoices and complaints under control, and ensure first-class supplier performance.

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Experience: You bring around five years of professional experience in operational purchasing – preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
• Foundation: A technical or commercial basic education with targeted further training in the field of purchasing / supply chain forms your solid foundation.
• Digital Mindset: You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally bring field-tested SAP knowledge.
• Personality: You act assertively, solution-oriented, and are confident in negotiations, without losing sight of team spirit.
• Languages: Fluent German and good English skills allow you to communicate convincingly even in an international context.
