Our client from the industrial sector is looking for a committed specialist to strengthen export and order processing. In a dynamic team, you will take responsibility for international shipping processes, customer care, as well as administrative tasks along the entire order chain. Your task ##

• Coordination of shipping processes incl. transport and customs clearance
• Ensuring timely order and delivery processing
• Maintenance and administration of relevant export and import documents
• Telephone support of customers and suppliers
• Execution of administrative tasks as well as master data updates

Your profile ##

• Commercial basic training as well as completed further training in export
• Experience in sales back office and international shipping processing required
• Solid knowledge of customs formalities and transport logistics desirable
• Confident communication in German and English, French is an advantage
• Proficient handling of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft D365
