Your tasks ##

What awaits you ####

• Collaboration as Product Owner in the Value Hub Claims with responsibility for the Solution Stream Sumex
• Leading and shaping the products assigned to you regarding quality and further development
• Responsibility for customer contact and the positioning of the product in the market in the end-to-end process; recognizing relevant customer needs and market developments as well as handling escalations regarding the product
• Preparation, management and prioritization of the product backlog; planning of activities in line with the medium- and long-term plan of the organization as well as coordination of the scope with customers
• Definition and monitoring of KPIs to evaluate product success
• Ensuring timely and budget-compliant implementation through close coordination with the teams and continuous monitoring within the framework of the PI

Your skills ##

What you bring professionally ####

• Experience as a Product Owner, ideally with practical know-how in working in a SaFe-Scaled Agile Framework
• Deep insurance knowledge in the benefits area, knowledge of the industry software Sumex is an advantage
• Experience in requirements definition and collaboration with software suppliers and development teams
• Education or further training in business administration, business informatics or similar
• Structured and independent way of working and motivation to work with agile working methodology (experience/certification SAFe desirable) and to help shape changes
