What you can contribute

• Design, manage and optimize financial management, controlling and sourcing processes in the ICT field and in the cyber environment
• Perform analyses, indicators and reports useful for decision-making, and prepare relevant decision-making bases for management
• Continuously develop and improve the tools necessary for financial and ICT planning, as well as for the controlling of these areas
• Monitor ICT projects and investments in terms of objective achievement, profitability, variances and planned benefits
• Participate in the financial development of the Cyber command, identify optimization potentials and advance strategic issues in terms of finance and controlling

What makes you unique

• Studies (HES or UNI) in business administration, finance, controlling, management information systems, mathematics, statistics or in a similar discipline
• Great expertise in the analysis and interpretation of complex data; ability to identify correlations and to deduce sound forecasts, scenarios and decision bases; highly quantitative and analytical mindset, as well as profound knowledge in mathematics, statistics and probability calculation
• Pleasure in modeling complex situations, assessing risks and uncertainties, and presenting quantitative conclusions in a way that is understandable for management; excellent knowledge of Excel and Power BI
• Several years of experience in controlling, ideally in the ICT or technology field
• Mastery of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and ability to apply it in practice
• Good active knowledge in at least one second official language
