• Lead two teams in CNC manufacturing technically and personally
• Secure production goals regarding quality, deadlines, safety and costs
• Accompany and promote employees during ongoing operations
• Coordinate personnel and capacity planning with AVOR and planning
• Introduce new technologies and automation in manufacturing
• Requirements
• Technical-mechanical basic training, with further education FH or HF an advantage
• Several years of experience in mechanical manufacturing
• Leadership experience as a team leader, group leader, shift leader or deputy
• Know-how in CNC processes and CAM systems, SolidCAM as a plus
• User knowledge in MS Office, SAP would be desirable
