Missions
------------

• Develop the vision and roadmap for intralogistics automation projects.
• Identify opportunities for technological improvement and digitalization.
• Evaluate the potential benefits of new technologies and establish the associated business cases.
• Design and manage logistics modernization projects.
• Define objectives, milestones, budgets, risks, and success indicators.
• Coordinate activities between the logistics, production, IT, quality, maintenance, and supplier departments during cross-functional projects.
• Supervise the study, testing, validation, and commissioning phases.
• Guarantee the achievement of cost, quality, safety, and deadline objectives.
• Deploy AGV/AMR solutions for internal transport flows.
• Develop digital tools improving the visibility and management of flows.
• Participate in the integration of new robotization and artificial intelligence technologies.
• Map and analyze existing logistics processes.
• Identify non-value-added activities.
• Define and implement productivity and ergonomics improvement solutions.
• Ensure communication regarding projects.
• Organize the necessary training for users.
• Support teams in the adoption of new technologies.

Profile
------

• You benefit from higher education in engineering, logistics, industrial automation, or an equivalent qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in the field of logistics and possess in-depth knowledge of processes.
• A certification in Lean Management or in IPMA/PMP type project management represents a considerable advantage.
• You master French and have good knowledge of English or German.
• You have good knowledge in the creation of Power BI.
• You stand out through a strong team spirit as well as your reliability, a sharp sense of communication, and you work in a targeted, organized, and structured manner.
• You possess a strong ability to adapt, are proactive, and are capable of animating and uniting multidisciplinary teams.
