At our partner with around 30 employees, the company size is manageable and is characterized by a family-like environment. Most of the employees are long-standing employees. Due to the flat hierarchy, all doors are open to step into a leadership role in the long term at the Zurich location or also in Horgen if interested.

Your tasks:

• you lead planning projects (heating) from preliminary to execution projects
• you independently develop innovative solutions for heating projects
• you coordinate your team and the involved partners
• you advise clients and architectural offices
• you participate in the preparation of offers
• you support the acquisition of new projects

What we count on:

• Degree in HLKS, TS, planner or experience in HLK project management
• Good CAD knowledge
• Experience in building services planning
