Sales Assistant (m/f/d) 60-80%

YOUR TASKS

• Direct support of the Sales Manager in daily business
• Administrative and operational support of the sales team as well as project involvement
• Active lead generation as well as initial acquisition of potential new customers
• Competent technical and commercial customer advice including technical clarifications with internal and external specialist departments
• Independent creation and processing of offers, coordination with internal specialist departments as well as follow-up with customers
• Creation of appointment, turnover and customer statistics
• Planning, organization and participation in trade fairs including budget management
• Assistance in the introduction of new sales employees

YOUR PROFILE

• Basic training in electrical engineering (e.g., electrical installer, automation technician, or comparable) and commercial further training (e.g., technical merchant)
• Experience in sales back office or in a comparable assistant function (ideally in a technical environment) is an advantage
• Technical understanding and interest in electrical engineering or energy measurement technology
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact as well as active acquisition and appointment scheduling
• Proficient German skills, French skills are an advantage
• Good IT user skills (MS-Office, especially Excel and OneNote)
• Ability to work in a team and enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
