As a Planning & Performance Reporting Analyst, you will strengthen the Finance business unit in the area of Planning & Performance Management - P&C Reporting & Analytics at Zurich Schweiz and make an important contribution to our shared success. You will analyze the financial development of our P&C business and create transparency for sound business decisions with meaningful reports, forecasts, and analyses. In doing so, you will work closely with internal partners from Underwriting, Actuarial, Sales, Claims, and Finance. What awaits you * You periodically create and analyze the financial statements and create transparency about the results through presentations and explanations. * Together with the team, you develop a multi-year financial plan for our Lines of Business and segments. * You create regular forecasts and analyze deviations of the profit and loss statement (P&L) compared to plan and the previous year. * You support system and process improvements and thereby increase the degree of automation and standardization. * You support sound business decisions with ad-hoc analyses, reports, and dashboards and help shape projects and initiatives in the finance area. What distinguishes you * Degree from a university of applied sciences or university related to Finance, Controlling, or a comparable field. * Initial relevant experience in Controlling, Reporting, Accounting, Underwriting, or Portfolio Management. * Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and goal-oriented way of working. * Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience with Power BI. * Fluent German skills and good English skills.
