Pronovo is actively shaping this future on behalf of the Confederation: We manage subsidy programs for renewable energies and are responsible as an accredited certification body for guarantees of origin (GO) for electricity as well as fuels and propellants.
The specialist field for renewable electricity subsidy programs in Switzerland makes an important contribution to the implementation of the Energy Strategy 2050. As part of the Subsidy Programs team, you will help shape this development.

About us
What you can achieve:

• Operative processing of subsidy programs to promote electricity production from renewable energies, such as photovoltaics
• Technical assessment of energy generation plants based on available documents as well as in exchange with plant operators, grid operators, and plant planners.
• Processing of customer inquiries, especially regarding technical topics
• Technical support in the assessment of legal cases
• Verification of certifications and the uploading of plants into the Swiss Guarantees of Origin system
• Participation in projects including new introductions or adaptation of processes

What you bring with you:

• Joy in learning new things, working across teams, and engaging committedly with an exciting subject area
• Completed studies (Bachelor or Master level) in the field of economics and technology or training in the technical field with a connection to energy topics, ideally with commercial further training or proven experience in commercial activities
• Understanding of lean and effective process design
• Independent, efficient, and analytically precise way of working
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Good MS Office skills – especially Excel
• Very good German skills, good knowledge of another national language is advantageous
