Project Manager (Sanitary sector) sought in Zürich from November (80-100%)

Our partner is one of the leading engineering planning entrepreneur groups with main areas of activity in building, energy, and environmental technology in Zürich, where customer-specific solutions for holistic innovative building technology + energy systems are developed. For them, we are looking for a Project Manager Sanitary.

Your tasks:

• You independently manage small to medium-sized projects across all project phases
• You develop professionally and technically flawless planning solutions
• You coordinate your trade technically and spatially (project employees)
• You conduct construction meetings and QA appointments

Your competencies

• Dipl. Techniker/In HF or studies as an Engineer (building technology) HLKS
• Coordination of building technology systems.
• Tendering, awarding, and quality assurance
• You coordinate technical and spatial interfaces efficiently
• Lead projects in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• Confident appearance, clear communication and sense of responsibility
• Initiative, willingness to make decisions and resilience
